beginner &
Advanced kickboxing 8pm-9pm mon and thurs, Kickboxing adult beginners every wednesday at 7pm.
Tuesday:shotokan karate kids (ages 4yrs-16yrs).
6pm-7pm.
Adult shotokan karate all grades 7pm-8pm. every tues and friday,kata class for everyone every Thurs
at 6pm
Wednsday:kids kickboxing,(ages 4yrs-16yrs.) 5.45pm-6.45pm.
every wednesday.and saturday morning at 11am.
Thursday
Sunday: closed. AVAILABLE FOR HIRE.
All instructors give their valuable time free and are fully qualified in first
aid and
code of ethics for children which is recognised
by the Irish sports council.

The Pat Rockett karate and kickboxing academy is now the biggest karate and kickboxing organisation in the south
east,with 24 blackbelt instructors who work voluntarly to promote standards of expert instruction,and who kindly give their
time to raise funds to send juniors to compete internationally.
